Running a pentest in 3 days with custom AI tools

Traditional pentests take two to three weeks. Most of that time goes to work that doesn't need a security expert: reconnaissance, correlating findings, and writing the report. I built custom AI tools to compress those phases, so I deliver a full engagement in three to ten days.

Day 1: reconnaissance

Recon is the most mechanical part of a pentest, so I automated it first. My recon agent scans the target infrastructure, enumerates endpoints, maps the attack surface, and flags hidden APIs. I do in about thirty minutes of supervised runtime what used to take me four hours by hand.

The agent decides nothing. I review what it surfaces and pick what to chase.

Day 2: analysis and exploitation

A human drives this part. The agent ranks findings by likely impact and suggests attack vectors. I chain the vulnerabilities, confirm they're exploitable, and throw out the false positives. The tooling saves me time. The security judgment stays with me.

Day 3: reporting

Report writing is the other big time sink in a traditional engagement. My tooling drafts the findings from the evidence collected during testing, both the technical detail and the executive summary. I edit for accuracy and add context. A full day of writing drops to about two hours.
