We build production AI security systems

Most teams know they should be using AI in their security workflow. Very few have anything in production. The gap between a demo notebook and a system that runs on a schedule, handles failure, and earns trust is where our builds live.

An AI security engineering engagement is not consulting. It's a fixed-scope build: we design, implement, test, and ship a working system in one to four weeks, with source included.

What we actually build

Agent pipelines. Recon agents that scan your infrastructure on a schedule, triage agents that rank findings, review agents that read pull requests for security issues. Built on frameworks like LangGraph, running in Docker sandboxes, with human checkpoints at the decisions that matter. The agent proposes; a person disposes.

Eval harnesses. An agent you can't evaluate is a liability you can't measure. We build test suites for your AI systems: prompt-injection test cases, jailbreak attempts, data-leakage probes, regression checks that run on every change. If your model behavior drifts, the evals catch it before your customers do.

Detection and response automation. Your SIEM fires alerts; someone has to read them. We build pipelines that enrich, correlate, and draft responses — cutting the time between detection and action from hours to minutes, with a human approving anything irreversible.

What a 1–4 week build delivers

Week one is scoping and design: we map your problem, your stack, and what "done" looks like, then put a fixed proposal in writing. After that, weekly demos against your evals — you watch the system come together against concrete tests, not slide decks.

You get: working code in your repo or ours, docs your team can actually follow, a handoff session, and 30 days of support after ship. Builds start at $5,000 and scale with scope; most land between $5k and $20k.

Who this is for

Security teams drowning in alert volume. Engineering orgs shipping AI features without a security review loop. Dev shops whose clients are asking for AI security work they can't staff. If you have security work that's mechanical, repetitive, or too slow — that's a build candidate.

If that sounds like your team, book a scoping call. Thirty minutes, free, and you'll leave with a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours.
